ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Q: How can I place an order?
Add your chosen beauty-tech device to your cart and complete checkout through our secure payment system. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or edited within 60 minutes of placing them by contacting support@devicesofbeauty.com. After that, your order moves into fulfilment and cannot be cancelled due to our quick shipping process. If your order has already shipped, you may return it after delivery, following our Return & Refund Policy.
Q: Will I be charged in Australian Dollars?
Yes. All transactions are processed in AUD. If you’re shopping internationally, your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at its current exchange rate.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes — we provide free worldwide shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required.
Q: How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Australia: 8–15 business days
- International: 15–25 business days
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Devices of Beauty ships to most countries globally. If your location doesn’t appear at checkout, please email support@devicesofbeauty.com for assistance.
Q: My tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
Please check with your local post office or neighbours first. If your package is still missing, contact support@devicesofbeauty.com within 7 days so our team can investigate.
RETURNS & REFUNDS :
Q: What is your return policy?
You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty devices cannot be returned.
Q: How do I return an item?
Email support@devicesofbeauty.com to request a return authorisation. We’ll provide detailed instructions and our Australian return address.
Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, even if the order qualified for free shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service for your peace of mind.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
ABOUT OUR DEVICES
Q: Are your devices safe to use?
Yes. All Devices of Beauty products are tested and certified under CE, RoHS, and FCC international standards for electrical and material safety.
Q: Are your products medical devices?
No. Our tools are for cosmetic use only, designed to enhance your skincare routine and overall well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Q: Can I use the devices with my existing skincare products?
Yes. Most of our devices pair beautifully with your regular skincare. Avoid exfoliating acids or oil-based products during device use unless specifically indicated in the user manual.
Q: Do your devices come with a warranty?
We do not offer extended or manufacturer warranties. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund under our Refund & Return Policy.

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you may check out as a guest. Creating an account simply helps you track orders and save preferences for future purchases.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway, protecting your data and privacy.
Q: How do you use my personal information?

Q: How should I clean my device?
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe down the metal or silicone surface after each use. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners or submerging the device in water.
Q: Can I travel with my device?
Yes. Our devices are lightweight, USB rechargeable, and travel-friendly. For airline travel, please check your carrier’s rules on lithium-powered devices.
Q: My device isn’t turning on or charging — what should I do?
Ensure the cable is securely connected and follow the instructions for use. If the issue continues, email support@devicesofbeauty.com within 15 days of delivery with a brief video for assistance.
