At Devices of Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of delivery by emailing at support@devicesofbeauty.com with your order number and clear photo and video evidence.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty devices cannot be returned.
