Return and Refund Policy

At Devices of Beauty, we value your satisfaction and take great care to ensure that each product meets our quality standards. Our beauty devices are tested, securely packaged, and shipped from our fulfilment partners with precision and care.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.

Eligibility Period For Refund

You must request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@devicesofbeauty.com. Return or Refund requests will not be acknowledged after 15 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a request, please email support@devicesofbeauty.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Proof of damage or defect

Proof of Damage or Defect

To process your return request efficiently, please include:

  • 3–5 photos clearly showing the damage on the device, and if possible, a close-up of the defect or damaged area 
  • 10–30-second video of the defect (the device being displayed or powered on)

Please keep all original packaging and accessories until your claim is resolved. Claims submitted without proper evidence may be delayed or declined.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

A refund, resend, or replacement may be issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong model, colour, or item)
  • The parcel is delayed beyond 45 business days 
  • The order is cancelled before processing the order

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 – 7 business days.

Not Eligible for Refund or Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot offer refunds or returns if:

  • The item has been tampered with
  • The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • The parcel was refused, unclaimed, or rejected by customs
  • The return is requested after 15 days of delivery
  • The request is based on a change of mind or preference
  • Delays occur due to customs inspections, weather, or other external factors

Return Process

If your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorisation email from Devices of Beauty outlining the return address. Once you have dispatched the return address, please email us with the tracking number at support@devicesofbeauty.com

Once your parcel is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 – 7 business days.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, even if the order initially qualified for free shipping. While Devices of Beauty proudly offers complimentary delivery on all orders, shipping and handling are included in our fulfilment process. If a refund is approved, these non-recoverable logistics costs may be deducted from the total refund amount. Return shipping fees remain the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return arrives safely, as Devices of Beauty cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order by contacting us at support@devicesofbeauty.com within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you may return the item following our standard return procedure after delivery. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Delivery or Lost Orders

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact your local post office first. If unresolved, email us within 7 days of the delivery notice so we can assist.

    Force Majeure

    Devices of Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather events, customs inspections, strikes, global pandemics, acts of war or conflict, government restrictions, or disruptions to international transport networks. While these events are rare, we will always do our best to keep you informed and to assist in resolving any delivery concerns as quickly as possible.
