Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required.

While shipping is complimentary at checkout, please note that in the event of a refund, any non-recoverable delivery expenses may be deducted from the total refund amount, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
During sale periods or high-volume seasons, processing may take an additional 2–3 days.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, we strive to ship them together in a single parcel.
However, depending on stock availability or warehouse locations, your items may arrive in separate packages. In that case, you will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's progress. If you do not receive the email within 3 business days of placing the order, please get in touch with us at support@devicesofbeauty.com

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Devices of Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or a parcel is unclaimed, it may be returned to Devices Of Beauty. In such cases, customers are responsible for any re-delivery fees or reshipping costs. Refunds cannot be issued for orders returned due to incorrect addresses, delivery refusals, or unclaimed parcels.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Your local customs authority determines these charges, and they are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import duties upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is not received within 45 days, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@devicesofbeauty.com. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed as lost or damaged, arrange a refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
