USAGE DIRECTION

1. Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and free from makeup or skincare products for best accuracy.

2. Press and hold the power button to turn the device on. Remove the protective cover from the probe before use.

3. Place the probe gently against the skin and hold it steady until the readings appear on the screen. Do not press hard. Check the displayed values for moisture, oil balance, elasticity reference, and skin temperature. Use these as indicative reference points.

4. Long-press the clear key to activate fluorescent mode. Observe product residue or uneven application.

5. Use the memory function to compare readings across days or weeks. Focus on trends rather than single measurements.

Each session typically lasts a few minutes per mode. The device includes an automatic shut-off to help prevent overuse.
What is fluorescent detection used for?
Fluorescent detection helps visualise cosmetic residue (such as sunscreen or mask remnants) that reflect under short-wave light, supporting more mindful cleansing and product application.
Can I use it on any part of the face?
Yes. Common areas include the forehead, cheeks, and eye area (outer eye socket only). Avoid direct contact with eyes, eyelids, or broken skin.
How often should I use the skin tester?
